I have a TBT4-UDZ that works is not working well with my DELL laptop. Even though the laptop detects the two external monitors, it only allows me to connect to one monitor. My DELL laptop has 3 usb A connections and only 1 usb C connection.
I have made sure to have the latest and greatest drivers for all the components.
This setup works perfectly with my HP laptop and my wife’s Microsoft Surface Laptop.
I have read several forums and I still can’t seem to make it work.
