Dell 7420 laptop using USB-C ports

Hi, I have got a number of UD-6950Z docks. Most are connected to a single Dell monitor using DP → DVI and some DP → DP and some to dual monitors…

I cannot get them to work with the Dell Latitude 7420 laptop. This has two Thunderbolt ports one on each side of the laptop. It appears that no external monitors are recognised.

The docks work fine with a Dell Latitude 7410 which has two USB-C / Thunderbolt ports on the left side. This is the Dell specs - USB 3.2 Gen2 (USB Type-C) Connector w/DisplayPort (alt mode), Thunderbolt 3.0 w/PowerDelivery

All are using the latest Win 10 drivers (DisplayLink 10.1 M1).

What can I do to trouble shoot the problem ?

Thank you for contacting Plugable! I am sorry to hear that your UD-6950Z docks are not functioning as expected with your Dell Latitude 7420 laptop, and would be happy to provide additional support.

As a first step, may I ask you to please keep the dock connected to your Latitude 7420, and send us the logs via your direct ticket?
