Connection with other computer is lost

I just bought plugable UBS 2.0 window transfer cable. Keep getting the above message. #431160.

Welcome to the Plugable forums and I can certainly help out with setting up our USB Transfer Cable. As for some initial troubleshooting I would recommend you try testing another USB port on your PC, as some ports can be worn down over time.

Another reason to why this no connection/dropped connection issue will occur is that the software may not be installed on both computers. Please use the link down below to download Easy Computer Sync and both of your computers.

Easy Computer Sync

Please restart each of your computer’'s after the software is installed. Make sure the Easy Computer Sync software is opened on each computer while trying to establish this connection. Please let me know how your testing goes and I hope to hear back from you soon!
