I have a new work laptop and connected to my plugable USB-C docking station. It has passed through peripherals connected to the USB ports on the docking station but not connecting the monitors.
Is there anything I need to do on the laptop or is it not compatible?

To help us diagnose the issue, can you clarify which video ports on the dock are not working? For example, are you seeing issues with the HDMI 4K, HDMI 2K, and DVI ports? Or are you only having problems with some of these outputs?
