I am sorry to hear that your UD-ULTCDL docking station is not functioning as expected on your new work laptop, and would be happy to provide additional support.
To help us diagnose the issue, can you clarify which video ports on the dock are not working? For example, are you seeing issues with the HDMI 4K, HDMI 2K, and DVI ports? Or are you only having problems with some of these outputs?
