I am trying to install my docking station and cannot plug in pin type connection cable end from my screen or round pin connector from my monitor - help please
Actually it is my monitor and mouse that I cannot connect.

Thanks for contacting Plugable support. We’re here to help. I tried to reach you through our private support system but did not hear back from you, so I’m answering on the public site, too.
I’m sorry that the dock does not seem to work with the hardware you have available.
You cannot connect a mouse with a round PS2-style pin connector to the Plugable docking station. You need a mouse with a USB connector.
As far as attaching the monitor goes, if you can let me know the monitor’s make and model, I can provide the most accurate advice.
