Connecting 2 monitors and the laptop as primary

I can connect the 2 acer external monitors fine. How do you set it up where the 2 monitors are extended leaving the laptop as primary. In this way I would have 3 monitors.

Update from customer troubleshooting indicates that the issue was a defective USB-C host cable for connecting the docking station with the computer.
