I’m trying to eliminate using acomputer to watch films and listen to music on my TV. I have 2 external hard drives, a 4tb with video and a 1tb with music, which I’ve had connected to a computer to watch on the TV. I need a switch of some sort to connect both of the drives to the one USB input on my Fire TV. Both drives work fine when plugged into the USB port separately and I bought a 2input-1output switch from Amazon. It sort-of works, but it beeps constantly. I’m thinking the switch doesn’t fully disconnect from one drive to run the other one. Any suggestions on how I can do this? Thanks!
