When using the docking station, my computer will go to sleep in about 15 seconds. I have changed the settings on my computer, and works fine when not plugged in to this docking station

Just to make sure I have all of the right information, when the individual “sleep” occurs, do the displays go dark, but all of the other connected devices seem active?
Inside of Power Management, is your system set to “High Performance” or “Balanced”?
Also, when you have a moment, could you please keep everything connected and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug --> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug as this will allow us to examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps. Then, just attach the log files to an email, and send it to email@example.com, with “Ticket No. 200920” in the subject line.
