1. The Amazon Order ID number for your TBT3-UD1-83 purchase

For your reference, the Amazon Order ID number is a seventeen digit number (that has two dash separators), and this information is available here → https://amazon.com/orders

2. While the TBT3-UD1-83 is connected to your Asus laptop (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

That information will help us to determine the next steps.
