I purchased a Communicator U3 SATA hard drive docking station (Model: USB3-SATA-U3) this week from amazon. I tried connecting it to a Dell laptop running windows XP SP3 and windows 7 and received the same error. USB device not recognized. I also tried both of the USB cables.
