Hi, I tired to set up my USB 3.0 hub tonight. Blue light comes on. Green light comes on when its plugged into a PC. I tried two PCs. Both get unknown device errors. When I go into device manager and check the properties, under general, I get
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
