Hi Folks, Newbie here. I have been using the usb3-E1000 for several months. I loose my internet connection quite a bit and have to go into setting a reconnect it. Question, would my connection be smoother if I used the USB 2.0 adapter instead for my Chromebook? Thanks, Harold.

The behavior you’ve described is not what we’d expect and we’d like to follow up with you on the details of your issue. Can you please e-mail support@plugable.com, put “Ticket #278802” in the subject line and include the order information for the Plugable device you’ve purchased?
Also, are you able to test plugging in the USB Ethernet adapter into a different computer or Chromebook to see if they have the same issue or not?
