My Plugable 7 port USB3 hub died; I purchased a Plugable 10 port USB3 hub as a replacement. I have an Apple full keyboard that worked great when plugged into the 7 port hub; it’s dead as a doornail when plugged into the 10 port hub. I tried different ports, they are all dead to the keyboard. I am extremely disappointed and thinking of returning it to Amazon. Another issue: the 7 port hub had individual blue lights showing the operational status of each port. The 10 port hub, supposedly more advanced, doesn’t have this feature.
