What more can I say than the title. I have submitted a ticket to the Plugable support team. Another related issue is that the first external monitor with native 1920x1200 only allows me to select 1920x1080 and the display is stretched and distorted.
Hi Marv,
Thank you for reaching out to us again via GetSatisfaction. I was able to send over a response to your original email, asking for you to send over the output from our PlugDebug application to make sure we were not dealing with a software related issue.
After reviewing the monitor models you provided, HP Compaq LA2405 (https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/…) they do support 1920x1200 as a native resolution, so we could be dealing with a software related issue, or a configuration problem.
As soon as you have some time, please head to www.plugable.com/support/plugdebug and download and run our PlugDebug logging application, and email it to support@plugable.com so that we can further assist with your issue.
Thank you for your time,
Marc

Hi Everyone!
We were able to resolve this issue with Marv via our support email address, support@plugable.com, and found that the issue was related to individual cable connections, and the fact that a DisplayPort to HDMI passive cable was being utilized to connect one of the displays.
These cables can be a little tricky to utilize and purchase, as most are for connecting a HDMI based display to a DisplayPort based host system, but they cannot convert the signal the other way, i.e connect a DisplayPort based display to a HDMI host system.
If you have any additional questions or concerns related to this issue, the best way to allow us to help is to send a direct email to support@plugable.com.
Thank you for your time,
Marc
