Our lab recently purchased the Plugable USB to RS-232 converter. It sends the output from the computer to the instrument we are using fine, this issue though is that when the instrument sends an output it does not get transmitted through the converter.
We have tested this on two different instruments, along with testing with a normal RS-232 cable and confirmed the issue is with the converter.
