Can't recognize external monitor.

I have just connected my external monitor to my hp folio throughh the usb 2.0 docking client and can’t get the external monitor to be recognized.

Thanks for your post, I’ll be happy to assist you in getting your external monitor working through your USB 2.0 docking client. I have a couple of questions to get started. First, can you reply back with your Amazon Order Id? Next, what is the make and model of the monitor.

If you hold the Windows key and then press the P key a couple of time to choose extend, does the monitor come on?
