Trying to install a USB serial driver on a Macbook Pro A1278 running 10.10.3
It installs OK, reboot, but the driver is nowhere to be found.
Any tips?

Thank you for posting your question. If the driver has installed properly, you should be able to see it.
We have a troubleshooting program that will help to understand what may have gone wrong. Could you please plug in the adapter, connect it to your network, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:

It will create a file on your desktop. Please email that file directly to us at support@plugable.com. As soon as I get it, I will take a look at it and let you know what I discover.
