Can't get sound or dual display to work

I have a Dell G3 laptop and 2 Asus monitors connected to the UD3900 DisplayLink.

The monitors are both HDMI, so one is directly connected and the other uses the DVI to HDMI connector.

I have updated the DisplayLink driver and rebooted all devices.

When trying to adjust display settings, it is not able to detect any of the monitors and simply defaults to a duplicate display setting. Trying to switch to extended display doesn’t work.

When plugged into the UD3900 all audio stops working.

Any help would be much appreciated!
