I have set up the Nix Capture Card onto OBS as your setup guide has instructed but I am having troubles getting the audio to go through the software and run correctly on my stream. Please help resolve this, it has been an issue for me for some time now.

Can you tell me more about your setup?
- What kind of computer are you capturing to? Windows, Mac, other?
- What are you capturing from? Game console, another computer, etc.
- Does the HDMI pass-through work correctly? (if you connect say a TV to the pass-through output on the capture card, does the sound work there?)
- Also what kind of audio issues are you having? No audio? Distorted audio? Etc…

Thanks for reaching out. I have my PS4 hdmi going into the capture card and loop it out to my monitor where yes the sound does work there. I am capturing to Windows but when I pull up and run OBS there is no audio going through. Again I appreciate any help.
I’ve been messing around with it some more and noticed that the audio goes out when I plug in my ps4 headset but when it’s unplugged the audio comes out perfectly fine. Is there a way to keep the audio going through while the headset is plugged in?
