Can't get 2 uga-2k-a adapters to work at the same time.

I can only get 1 adapter at a time to light up

Thanks for posting! We’ll figure out what’s going wrong.

Quick question: Do you have the two UGA-2K-A adapters connected through an unpowered hub? If you connect them differently (e.g. both connected to USB ports directly on the computer), do you see any difference in behavior?

If that isn’t it - can you give some more detail about your setup - how you have the adapters connected, what OS, and what laptop make/model?

Thanks for a quick reply.
I did try them on a powered USB hub (was well as direct connect to computer).
Taking them to work this morning to try on differnent computers.
