Can't detect Synology DS920+ behind unmanaged switch Zyxel MG-105

I’ve installed the 2.5Gbps driver for DS920+ to use with 2.5Gbps Plugable Ethernet Adapter.

When I connect NAS directly to the switch, my PC on the same switch can see it and open DSM on the NAS. NAS also appears in the Device List in the router.

Whenever I connect NAS via Plugable Ethernet Adapter to Switch, NAS vanished from the Device List in the router. The LED of RJ45 shines, and the LED of Switch shines with the color of 2.5Gbps speed. But strangely, when I run find.synology.com, it can see the IP of the NAS but other details are unavailable, and I couldn’t connect to it.

I feel like maybe I’m missing some settings, but I don’t have any clue.

So now, Plugable Ethernet Adapter doesn’t work for me.
