Hi! Can you confirm if the UGA-3000 supports 1920x1200 or not?

http://plugable.com/products/uga-3000 doesn’t list 1920x1200 under ‘Resolutions Supported’ and the Amazon listing states “up to 2048x1152 / 1920x1080”, but a FAQ on your UGA-3000 page states it “has a maximum resolution of 2048×1152/1920×1200”.

I guess I’m confused whether 1920x1200 counts as less than 2048x1152… it has fewer total pixels but it is taller.

Hello Bob,

As long as the monitor does not have any EDID (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extende…) problems, 1920x1200 is a valid resolution for the UGA-3000.
