I would like to integrate two of these microscopes into something I’m building. They would be used to image features on a surface and then align the object the 'scopes are pointing at. So I would need to be running two of them, and I would need to integrate the captured images into the LabView application I’m running that will be controlling the whole thing.

Our microscopes contain basic USB webcam chipsets, so many third party software packages will work with them. If LabView works with webcams, it will likely work with our microscopes.
I can’t say for sure though, we haven’t encountered this software package.
