I just purchased an Acer Chromebook for Work 14. Want to see if I can use it with the UD-3900 reliably.
Also, will the USB 3.0 connection to your hub also provide power to the Chromebook?
Hello Matthew - Thank you for coming to us with your questions. Generally speaking, this combination should work. Please note however that not all Chromebooks have been created equally. If your Chromebookâs CPU is Intel based and you have Chrome OS version 51 or newer in place this will ensure that functionality for the UD-3900 is built in to the operating system. The UD-3900 however will not be able to charge its host device.
