Can a laptop with a dead GPU still live?

I have a laptop with a dead GPU therefore I can get no video on the internal or an external display. Will one of the usb 2.0 UGA’s allow me to use the laptop on an external monitor?

Thanks for posting your question here! No, you will not be able to use a USB Graphics Adapter for providing display to a laptop with a dead GPU.

Having a working GPU is a hardware requirement for all our USB Graphics Adapters to work. Sorry about that!
