What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a built in VGA? and how can we know if it’s built in or not in a a laptop?

Hi Haz,

Most new laptops no longer come with a VGA port as this has been replaced with newer digital video connectors like HDMI and DisplayPort.

You can determine if your laptop has built-in VGA by looking for the presence of a 15 pin VGA port on the system.
