Both Displays not Working

I have a Windows 10 laptop and the DVI monitor is working but not the HDMI monitor. It is not being recognized by Windows. Any ideas?

Hi Everyone,

We were able to contact Marc via email, and found that the issue her was experiencing was contributed to a faulty HDMI cable. Once the cable was replaced, he was able to experience the docking station in its full potential!
