I have windows 10. The Bluetooth usb adapter says it’s connected to my Bluetooth speakers but I’m not getting any sound. I’ve tested the speaker with my phone and it works perfectly. Please tell me what other steps need to be done.

Thank you for posting your question about the speaker. Typically the symptoms you are describing happen when the speaker needs to be set as the default playback device.
