Bluetooth usb music cutting out

Hey, I got that USB Bluetooth to connect my wireless headphones too. It’s called CSR8510 A10. Today I found out the voice is not working anymore! Do you guys have any way to fix that?

Thank you for contacting Plugable. Our bluetooth adapter USB-BT4LE uses the Broadcom BCM20702A0 chipset and it looks like you are using a 3rd party bluetooth adapter with a different chipset than ours. I would suggest to reach out to the manufacturer of your bluetooth adapter for support on this. As a suggestion for troubleshooting try testing the audio output on your headphones with another device to rule that out as a possible point of failure.
