Ordered two Plugable Bluetooth USB adapters. Tried to pair the first one on my Windows 10 computer. Would not recognize my ear buds. The Windows system has a built in bluetooth in devices. I tried to disable or remove it with no luck. Need some help getting things to work.

Are you using latest Windows version 2004? Mine quit working as well after that update. Worked perfectly before that! Plugable is aware of this from older posting- they indicated they were informing MS. (I also reported to MS). Version 2004 has many problems!
