Bluetooth Peripheral Device Drivers Are Not Found Anywhere for Vista

I bought as Plugable USB-BT4LE USB Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy Micro Adapter & the Bluetooth Peripheral Device drivers are not being found on the installation disk or installation program I downloaded from the site… Without them, my smartphone & Bluetooth headset either has no fictions or fictions do not work… Where can I find the correct Bluetooth Peripheral Device drivers??? Running Windows Vista

Thanks for posting your questions here, we’d be glad to help! When you installed the driver package from the CD, did the installation complete successfully? On the screenshot you attached it looks like driver download was cancelled before it was allowed to finish? Sometimes this process can take quite a few minutes depending on the machine, if you disconnect and reconnect your device again it should trigger driver mapping once more, what happens if you let the installation run, does it return an error eventually?
