Bluetooth Headphones won't connect

I am using the plugable bluetooth USB adapter (4.0) and running windows 7 professional 64-bit on my laptop. I am trying to get my Jabra Revo headphones to connect to the laptop. I have successfully installed the most up to date drivers for the USB adapter and my headphones, I have successfully added/paired my headphones as a bluetooth device. When I go into the “Control” menu under my bluetooth device and I click “Connect” it tries to and fails and I get an error that says "Error establishing connection.

Is there some other drivers I need? Or a setting that needs to be changed?
