Im on a windows 10 pc. Plugged in the dongle. Waited for windows to install the drivers. Downloaded the drivers from the website and installed those too for good measure.
On the Bluetooth Settings, The Bluetooth radio button is switched on. When I try to add a device, I choose Bluetooth, then on the next screen, I get a ‘Couldn’t connect’ message.
It is normal for the Bluetooth adapter to appear in other devices when in the Bluetooth & other devices menu.

In your message, please include your Amazon Order ID for the Bluetooth adapter. Also, please run our diagnostic program. It will gather device information and installation logs that will help me understand what is happening.
