Thank you for contacting us about your Bluetooth adapter. It is likely that your speaker isn’t set as the default device in Windows. Please try the following:

Right click the speaker icon on in the system tray at lower right.

Select Playback devices. The speaker should be on the listed as a speaker or headphones. Right-click it and click Set as Default device.

The speaker should now be working. If it isn’t please let me know and we can troubleshoot and discover the reason.
