bluetooth 4.0 LE usb adapter windows 7- sound from internet on computer won't play on bluetooth speaker

Hi Hans,

Thank you for contacting us about your Bluetooth adapter. It is likely that your speaker isn’t set as the default device in Windows. Please try the following:

  1. Right click the speaker icon on in the system tray at lower right.

  2. Select Playback devices. The speaker should be on the listed as a speaker or headphones. Right-click it and click Set as Default device.

  3. The speaker should now be working. If it isn’t please let me know and we can troubleshoot and discover the reason.
