Bluetooth 4.0 adapter peripheral device drivers not found.

after restarting both devices, still the same.

Thank you for posting about your issue with the Bluetooth adapter, and especially for the screenshots.

Is the Logitech Adapter Bluetooth?

Also, we have a troubleshooting tool that will help me see what is going on during the installation. Could you plug in the adapter, then follow the instructions on this link:
