Black screens laptop and externals

Hi this very anoing problem and it consume 8 hours and still in first bace.
This morning I boot it up the laptop and I had the laptop with black screen blinking pointer and the 2 externals black also
The only way to get the laptop back to normal is to unistall the DisplayLink and the nVidia graphics card software and install on safe mode then renstall the Displaylink again but as soun as i plug the external because the software ask for, black screens again.
I have no clue…Thanks Mike

Please e-mail the logs that our tool generates to us at support@plugable.com and include “ticket # 288275” in the subject line.

Hey Andrew how am i supposed to get that file when I have black screens and can not see ir run the laptop.
Here is the background I have installed the windows updates on 11/25 and on 11/26 upon reboot my black screen problems got start it, I did do a system restore to an earlier point before the windows update but the problem still persist now I have nVidia driver working but no DisplayLink driver I attached some screen shots if it helps. I reply to your email but i didn’t get any reply.
