My laptop screen is black and will not show anything. I had to replace my hard drive and after that I plugged in the Plugable 3900 as usual, tried to connect with my external large monitor and it would not recognize it. Then I hit Windows-P and selected second monitor. The first time it didn’t work, then I tried it again and my laptop screen went black, but the second monitor did not display. Now I can’t see anything on my laptop, even after holding down the power key several times and restarting. So I cant use my laptop at all to download drivers or anything.
