Black screen in Xfinity Stream app from Motorola Moto G Play phone

App used to work fine. Not sure what changed.
Other apps are fine.
From Motorola Moto G Play phone, get black screen in Xfinity Stream app on most TV channels and movies. Audio is fine. Strangely, Golf channel is fine for both video and audio.
I already tried reinstalling app, rebooting phone, force restart of phone, clearing user data

For my reference, which Plugable product are you running into issues with? The product name should be listed on the bottom of the device.

Additionally, were you able to replicate the issue with a different phone (if available)?
