Big Fish and pluggable USB 3 display adapter

I plugged my display link pluggable USB 3 display adapter into my Dell-XPS 18 and got my Samsung monitor working at a second display. But, when I try playing Big Fish games they fail to start. If I roll back prior to the installation of the driver everything works fine

Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! If you could please provide a bit more information, we’ll try to see if we can reproduce the issue here:

  1. What OS are you running?
  2. Do you see issues with running just a specific Big Fish game or are you seeing this issue with all Big Fish games on the 2nd monitor?
  3. If you go to Programs and Features, what version of DisplayLink Graphics do you have installed?
