The DisplayLink driver (which includes the graphics, audio and Ethernet driver) must be installed on your system in order to make use of the docking station. Having worked for a large enterprise in the past I can understand your companies policy with regard to loading drivers that have not been vetted, but in this case unless you can convince them to make an exception you will not be able to use the docking station. We have a no hassle 30 day return policy on all of our products so should you not be able to load the driver you can return the dock for a full refund using the automated system at amazon.com/returns.
