Bad USB 3.0 Cable

On April 19th I received one of your plugable usb 3.0 docking stations. After a lot of trial and failures. I have determined that the USB 3.0 connector that came with the unit only works in USB 2.0 ports. How did I determine it. I have another USB 3.0 connector plugged into the plugable docking station and it works fine in a usb 3.0 port. So, can you send me a good USB 3.0 cable?
