Audio output on TBT3-UDZ not discovered by windows

I’m using the TBT3-UDZ connected to a Windows 11 laptop. I have two displays connected with DisplayPort, Ethernet, and a couple of USB devices. Everything works with the exception of the audio output jack. It is not listed in the available audio devices. I see the Realtek audio from the laptop and it’s headphone jack. I see both displays as audio devices. Only one of the displays outputs audio and the audio jack doesn’t work at all. I have updated the firmware on the dock. I have everything updated on Windows 11. I have tried all the suggestions of disconnecting, powering down the dock, rebooting etc. Nothing seem to make that audio output port show up in the list of audio devices. I’m not real concerned about the one display’s audio not working. I really wanted to use that audio port to connect external speakers. Any suggestions?
