Audio not working

I just got a new laptop that is running windows 11 I can’t get any audio to work, bluetooth or plug in. the Display link worked perfectly before with a HP laptop.

Any help would be appreciated. I did follow a previous post that deleted the software and reinstalled to no affect

Sorry, I just realised the topic is a bit short on detail. as soon as I plug in the Pluggable Display Link no sound device is detected, before I plug in the display link the speakers in the laptop work and any bluetooth headphones as soon as i plug in the display link none of the audio devices are available with the message No Device Installed. hope this helps clarify the issue

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 417908” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.
