Audio doesn't come out

Hi, I connect my monitor 1 into my laptop through HDMI and the monitor 2 through HDMI and UGA-2KHDMI.

Whenever I plug UGA-2KHDMI, audio doesn’t come out otherwise it is fine.

Is there any way to make UGA-2KHDMI do not interfere with sound?

I tried to disable Speakers (UGA-2KHDMI) from the Device Manager on windows, but it doesn’t work.

Best,
Kevin.

Thanks for reaching out!

You likely just need to set the default audio device in your audio control panel. Assuming Windows 10, you can right-click on the speaker icon in your system tray, click “Sounds”, go to the “Playback” tab, and set the default output to whatever device you want to hear sound from.

Let me know if that does it! If you set this up correctly, Windows should remember your choice whenever any audio device is connected.

It works well for me thank you!
