I have two dell monitors and a ASUS running windows 7 64bit I bought Plugable USB 3.0 Display adapter. The monitor that is hooked up using the plugable will not connect I have switched the cables both monitors work. What am I doing wrong?

Could you connect the adapter with the monitor connected to the laptop, run the DisplayLink Support Tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/tools/dis…) and send us the .zip generated on the desktop as an attachment to support@plugable.com along with your amazon order ID and a link to this thread?
This will give us a better insight as to what is going on the system side. Once we analyze the .zip, we will figure out the next steps.
