I am struggling with my arrow keys while using Microsoft Word for iPad.
In other programs or on web pages, when I press shift and then use the arrow button, the cursor moves in the direction of the arrow, highlighting the text along the way.
In Word for IOS however, when I replicate the same action, the cursor remains stationary. This is tiny but major issue for me because it really upsets my work flow.
Any thoughts on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect that this is probably a peculiarity of Word, which tends to follow a more Windows way of doing things. It’s probably not the keyboard itself, since it works as expected in other apps.

Thanks for the quick reply. I kinda guessed it was a MS issue as well. I can live with it if need be. Just irritating to get slowed down so frequently.
