Based on other tickets, I see associated to you it looks like you’re using one of our UD-3900C4 docking stations.

The first steps we’ll want to install the DisplayLink software for the version of macOS that you are running. To do so, please follow these steps:

For macOS 13:

  • https://kb.plugable.com/1595423

    • Be sure to turn on ‘Allow Notifications’
    • Enable ‘Launch automatically after logging-in’
    • Give ‘DisplayLink Manager’ permission for ‘Screen Recording’

For macOS 11 to 12:

    • Be sure to turn on ‘Allow Notifications’
    • Enable ‘Launch automatically after logging-in’
    • Give ‘DisplayLink Manager’ permission for ‘Screen Recording’

For macOS 10.15 to 11:
