Is there any way to disable the annoying beeping during startup?

The UD-3900H USB 3.0 Docking Station does not have a built-in speaker, can you let me know where the beeping is coming from? For example is it coming from speakers or headphones connected to the docking station’s 3.5mm audio port or from a display connected to the HDMI output of the docking station?
Additionally, does the beep happen when the computer is just loading to the Windows login or earlier in the startup process, for example when the Windows logo first appears or as soon as you press the power button?
