I have a Android 4.1 (Rockchip Dual-core Cortex A9 RK3066 CPU) TV Stick. I am trying to get the Plugable USB2-E100 USB 2.0 10/100 ethernet adapter to work withour success. Can you please point me to install instructions in Android. Thanks.

Since this is a question of more than just driver installation (linux drivers may work after re-compiling for your particular architecture) this isn’t a scenario we’ll be able to support.
If you’re already familiar with re-compiling linux open-source drivers for Android ROMs, you may be able to get this working by re-compiling the appropriate Linux drivers for your ROM, however this is a rom/device programming question rather than a “normal” driver installation question since Android doesn’t support user installation of drivers.
Alternatively, you might be able to find another ROM for the device that supports USB ethernet. XDA Developers would likely be your best resource here.
