All USB Ports on Plugable UD-3900 are not active

Changed computer connected to Plugabe. Now Dell Inspiron 14 7000 series. Runing Windows 10 Pro. Dual monitor, sound, LAN are working fine. However, all the USB ports Docking Station are not active. Windows Device Manager shows no conflicts.

Used DisplayLink Cleaner Tool., Ran DisplayLink+USB+Graphics+Software+for Windows+9.0+M1.exe.

Unplug Docking station power and computer USB clable for 30 secs and retracted.

Still All USB Ports on the docking station are not active. Any Help would be appreciated. Just do not know what to do next.

Thanks for joining our forums and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re seeing with our docking station. After reviewing the PlugDebug logs you’ve sent to our email it does seem like your dock has failed so we’ll be sending a replacement device to fix this issue.

Stellar customer support. The original unit purchase date was beyond the warranty obligations The replacement UD-3900 unit was shipped priority mail and all USB ports works flawlessly. Up and running.
